The study aims to determine the effects of job motivation, discipline, and satisfaction on PT employee performance. Vindo is his pharmaceutical company founded in 1960. phenomenon this that performance problems affect sales decline. Researchers’ field observations show poor caused by multiple factors, such as work satisfaction. Another cause dissatisfaction with salary received, certain groups being paid same regardless years service or level education. design used a causal quantitative descriptive approach 125 collaborators subjects investigation. Data analysis techniques included linear regression analysis, conventional hypothesis testing, R-squared test, testing data processing using SPSS 23. Previous studies have shown motivation has significant positive impact performance, discipline impact. Job performance.
